Siena & Cory Wedding | Hotel Andalucia, Santa Barbara, California

Siena and Cory's wedding was great! She had a killer veil, they loved pictures and they both (along with about 15 guests) were into the Ultimate Fighting Championship. You don't often get brides who can kick your um... nevermind. It was just a fun day and we loved it very much.

Enjoy the pics...

have to love these old style veils...

heading to the beach

she actually picked him up for a picture too, I just liked this one better!

in front of the greyhound station

it isn't really a party unless someone ends up in the pool

Sara & John definitely win the award for the most animated couple we've shot this year =) They were a blast to hang out with and got some great pictures on the beach in Cambria! It was hard picking out the pictures for the blog but we managed to narrow it down... we hope you enjoy them!

Sara had sooo many different expressions... one picture just wouldn't do her justice

We also feel really blessed when we get to shoot family members of brides we have already done, we only do senior session, if you know us or are related to one of our brides, and Mackie happens to be the sister of a bride we did in King City last year (huge wedding 700+) anyways and she is just as beautiful as her sister Ashley- enjoy!

Gilchrist & Soames

I notice that I have many roles in my life: wedding photographer, editor of photos not spelling, graphic designer, chef, party planner, housemaid, chauffer for my 12 year old, counselor to brides, friend to some close people, servant of God and all of these things are very important to me but while taking a shower this morning I realized I love hotel soaps, I can’t say enough about soaps from hotels, I love them! I think it’s a reminder of when I go out of town, which is often for wedding jobs, and a pure simple pleasure that we all need to indulge in. My gambling mother often goes to Vegas and brings back soaps for me and my children, this is one company that flamingo hotel gives their guests that stay at their hotel, Gilchrist & Soames. I looked online and they have gift bags, what a wonderful idea for your honeymoon!
